The staff demonstrated really good kindness, particularly Nico, who was always ready to assist us in perfect Spanish.
Unfortunately, the location was quite a distance from the main attractions, making walks through a less pleasant neighborhood a bit uncomfortable.

I had heated and neat room with hypoallergenic pillows. Extra touches like air conditioning, a seating area and a private entrance were a treat, staff were outstandingly accommodating. The staff was willing to help, and fulfilled extra services. The breakfast was tasty, the check in was smooth.

The suite we stayed in was spacious, with comfortable air conditioning and a lovely view of the tranquil courtyard filled with mandarin trees. I appreciated the unique decor and special touches, like the scent of orange blossom oil greeting us upon entry.
The approach to the hotel was a bit unsettling at night, navigating through less touristy areas. While most attractions were in walking distance, it didn't always feel safe after dark, and finding the place can be tricky for first-timers without a guide. While the pool area is scenic, it could use a bit more sitting space during peak hours, as it got crowded quickly.

The real deal or a total steal?
Staying here was pure bliss, with fine authentic decor and staff that genuinely care. The rooftop terrace offers very nice views, and the food is amazing. The pool area is serene, perfect for relaxation.
The surrounding neighborhood can feel a bit daunting, especially late at night. Finding the riad initially was tricky, as it's tucked away from the main attractions.

Fine gardens with orange trees and tortoises add a unique charm. The pool area provides a shaded retreat perfect for afternoon relaxation.
The approach to the hotel from the local bus station can be unpleasant, especially late at night with a dirty market nearby. The double room felt cramped, lacking sufficient space and lighting for the wardrobe, which could benefit from a chest of drawers.

We had a lovely stay with great amenities like a refreshing swimming pool and a serene terrace for lounging. Breakfast was good, with fresh Moroccan pancakes and juice right by the pool! The only hiccup was the air conditioning, which could be cooler, but otherwise, it was fantastic and super relaxing. 🌞

The garden provides a serene retreat, while the rooftop is perfect for soaking up the sun. Fresh, flavorful meals showcase local ingredients, with the tajine being a standout. The location requires navigating through less appealing areas, and securing a taxi can be challenging, especially at night. The room was well-appointed, but noise from nearby activities occasionally disrupted the peaceful experience.
